2025 Rates
Effective January 1, 2025, membership rates will increase for all members. Here's what you should know.
Due to the increasing costs of provided services, we will be raising our membership rates effective January 1, 2025. While rate changes year-to-year are common in the insurance industry, this is the first change Alpha's made in over 3 years! Even with this increase, Alpha Dental Plan is still the lowest cost plan available.
These changes will be automatically applied at your next scheduled billing in 2025. If you wish to make changes to your membership prior to your next billing, you may do so by contacting our customer service team at 800-807-0706 or [email protected].

Rate Update Details
Whether you are an existing customer or new to the Alpha Dental Plan, your rate will change at your next renewal in 2025. This means, the next time you are charged in 2025 the rate associated with your plan tier (see tables above) will be charged to the payment method we have on file.
Annual Members: The change in rates is dependent on your date of renewal. As an example, if you you paid for your current plan on October 5, 2024, your new rate will be applied at your renewal on October 5, 2025.
Monthly Members: Because monthly members pay their membership rate each month, the change in rates will go into effect on the renewal date in January. As an example, your monthly payment occurs on the 15th of each month, your new rate will be applied on January 15, 2025.
Note: For those who have a discount through an employer or group, that discount will be applied to the new rate.
